Terms of Use (EULA)

By using the ATravelGuide app (the "App") you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Use of the app

The App is for personal travel-planning use.
The content you create (guides, photos, videos, notes) belongs to you.
You agree not to use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload content that infringes the rights of others, is offensive, or violates applicable law.

2. In-app purchases (AI coins)

Some AI features are powered by "coins". New accounts receive a number of free coins, and you may buy additional coins as a consumable in-app purchase.
Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable once granted, except where required by law or by the applicable app store's policy.
Coins are consumed when you use the relevant AI features and do not expire while your account is active.
Purchases are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase (or another payment provider where applicable). Prices are shown in your local currency before purchase.

3. Community & user content

When you publish a guide or use community features (feed, moments, comments, group trips), the content you choose to share becomes visible to other users. You can stop sharing at any time.
By sharing content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host and display it within the App so it can be shown to other users. You remain the owner of your content.
Ratings of guides and places are personal opinions of users and are provided for information only.
Reservation documents you attach (e.g. ticket or booking PDFs) are never shown in the public feed; they are only shared with the specific people or group you share that guide with.
You are responsible for the content you upload. We may remove content or restrict accounts that breach these Terms, and you can report or block other users from within the App.

4. AI features

AI-generated suggestions (itineraries, ideas, recognition, etc.) are provided for guidance only and may contain inaccuracies. Always verify important details before relying on them.

5. Travel information, bookings & third parties

The App helps you organize trips but is not a booking service. We are not responsible for errors in travel information, nor for third-party services (flights, hotels, car rental, etc.). Always verify details with the official provider. Some "Book" links may take you to partner websites; where you complete a booking through such a link, we may earn an affiliate commission at no extra cost to you.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from Profile → Delete account.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App or the law. The current version will always be published here.
